If you don't have a receipt showing it's been done, it's time to replace them--especially since you've already torn it down this much. Also--what's with the missing screw and RTV under the passenger VTC sprocket? That's... creative? I'd pull all that crap out and replace it with an O-ring like a civilized person... By the way, the tensioner is WAY too tight. You should have a 4mm gap between the piston and the arm, and it's completely flattened.
